About Me

:D HAY THAR GUYS, YOU'VE STUMBLED ACROSS MY LJ ;D Well, if you've mad it thus far you're either: a) already aware of my insanity because you know me in real life, b) you are being extremely brave because you haven't ever actually met me or c) you really could care less ;_; Hopefully its not that last one, but I never rule that possibility out, do i? So yeah I should tell you a little bit about myself first, but nothing too revealing. This is the internet afterall and there are many crazies on here. So, to begin: my name is Sanda. That's S-A-N-D-A. No R in sight, am I correct? That is just to deter anyone from calling me Sandra. It happens enough, I mean what, people don't think I know how to spell my own name!? But if Sanda doesn't quite do it for you, you could also call me Sauna. Ms. Delaney did anyway, but that's just because she didn't learn my name that ENITRE year and insisted on calling me Sauna instead. Anywho, Sanda is actually short for Alexandra. But I'm not a huge fan of that name, so when I was 3 I decided to call myself Sanda. (Hey, I thought I WAS saying Alexandra!) Plus, living in Cameroon where Sanda is a common name for men & women didn't help. So it kinda stuck to this day. Don't think I will ever be rid of it either. I'm going to be a senior this year at Marshall HS & I'm currently enrolled in the International Baccalaureate program. I'm kinda freaking out about those CAS hours. I need many more creativity + action, but soon I should be finishing up my service ones at least ._. 150 hours is so freakin' much. Plus, with all the BS that the seniors from last year gave the school they are being so much more stringent about stuff this year. Which sucks. Majorly. Alright, so enough about school I'll tell you a bit about me :D I LOVE animals. Especially parrots *is-a-parrot-owning-freak-except-not-really* I tend to post lots of pictures of my *babies* under the cuts so beware dial-up users >:3 I also live with two longhaired Chihuahuas: Phoenix (a blonde) & Chrissy (a redhead). Oddly enough, my natural color is brunette. Dark too. Not particularly pretty. My mom has a boston terrier named Roxy (for whom I have GREAT disdain for! That "thing" drives me nuts.) In addition to that, I also keep 11 fishtanks running at any given time. Used to be 15 but I had to cut it down. So I dismantled 3 two gallons and a 5. I don't even want to think about taking my precious tanks apart when I go off to college next year; that's just a frightening thought. And yes of course I have everybody's favorite domestic cypranid in my biggest tank, hence the name g0ldfishl0ve. The zeros you ask? I was into the dorky internet fad at the time, cut me some slack!! Hmm, what else...Oh yeah. My Friends = My Life. I'd be totally lost without them. (Did I mention that I'm absolutely insane around too?) I appreciate them putting up with me & my life. I can always count on them to be awesome despite my emo-ness, or bitchyness etc. And for that, I'm truly greatful! Thank Jashin that I have such great people to spend time with 8D I love TV- You'll catch me watching Nip/Tuck, CSI, CSI:Miami, CSI:NY, Desperate Housewives, House MD and Brothers&Sisters. The Soup is great as well (ILOVEYOUJOEL!)Been a fan of CSI since the season 4 finale (Bloodlines) first aired. That is still my favorite one to this day! I've been watching Miami since season 3 and NY since seasn 1. I am basically CSI obsessssssed...I miss Speed, Aiden and Warrick terribly. LOVE YOU WARRICK<33 But actually, I hear that Dourdan DID sign on for season nine. I still love you Warrick/Gary but seriously man, that was NOT cool to make us think you DIEDDD. Ok so enough TV dramu~ I love going on vactions but I'm perfectly suited to hang around the house as well... My Axel is ~~better~~ than your Axel Amelia. Speaking of which, I have waaay too many inside jokes with Amelia Maria and Kat. haha CHARLIE! LJ has recently become my life :) I try to update whenever I can, but you know how it is with school. And it's still even buisier in the summer with Otakon and such...psh YES I go to those ~~totally lame~~ TOTALLY AWESOME conventions :) For Otakon 08, I am going as Heather Mason from SH3, Kairi from KH2 and KH1 Kairi. I have been working on my SH props for months. I just hope my bitchyass mom actually lets me get FABRIC for my costume. Or I will go fucking ballistic. My latest obsessions: CSI (rewatching seasons 1-7, just bought the DVDs and hope to get Miami and NY for x-mas), Silent Hill, KH, guppies, Juicy Couture (wtf, right?), PinkySt., the CSI computer games...and Eric Szmanda :3

CSI. Get it? Got it? Good. I usually love life, but sometimes my mom gets in the way of that. However, I try to keep on the 'sunny side' as they say ;D So, to start with: I love my Chihuahuas Chrissy and Phoenix, my parrots Peapod and Neo, and my guppies & goldfish. We basically have a small managery at my house. (At least my mom likes pets) My friends are why I exist- they're some of the best people you'll ever meet. Ever. I enjoy both going out and hanging out. Some of the most memorable moments of my life have been with Amelia, Maria and Kat. We're so silly :3 Sleepovers with them are the best. Oh and watching battlestar gafracktica with marhihwhoha! A&M srsly get me into way to much stuff...I have them to thank for my obsession with Demyx, alot ALL of the music I love, and of course anime conventions. (Those are waaay to much fun!) Oh and Reno. They have talked about him and peaked my intrest :3 I did see it & loved it. A&M also have helped build my costume making foundation! Alvis was totally inspired by their love of Last Exile. Kat has gotten me obsessed with Kairi and KHII in general, and Naruto. :) (yesomgnaruto!) Plus, shes helped me with costumes a ton-Oh and she showed my naruto manga returns.com which is the greatest archive of naruto manga online! *dies of adoration for Kat* She also makes reeeaally pretty icons, as well as lulzy ones (& LOOKIN FOR A GOOD TIME? yes plz) So yea, Kat is great for teh crack! as well. I like alot of movies, but I can never remember their names. I guess some major ones would be the Pirates of the Caribbean, Spiderman (dun cry spoderman!) Night at the Museum, Memoirs of a Geisha, Scary Movie, the Matrix(matrices?) and see? Im already blanking out o_o I'll have to look up more movies that I like. OH WAIT. I am Jack's smirking revenge afterall, so FIGHT CLUB. Best movie ever. I want to marry Edward Norton for that...Music is also a huge part of my life. I currently cannot stop listening to The Strokes, which coincidentally enough remind me of Nick Stokes. Gee I wonder why... Speaking of music, I listen to this stuff too-

For some reason, I love soundtracks. And I adore FSTs. I'm totally not creative, so I love hearing the product of people's fantastic imaginations. I'm seriously obsessed with Depeche Mode ;_; Speaking of unhealthy obsessions, I can't stop playing KHII at A&M's. Its unfracking believable how amazing it is. Xigbar is really hard to beat. *I BEAT HIM THOUGH* Xemnas was officially the easiest boss battle. EVAR. It failed hard :/ While Im thinking of it, I love these games too: all the CSI/Miami games, GTA4, Kingdom Hearts (all of them), Enter the Matrix, The Path of Neo, Midnight Club, Pac Man World 2 (old school chyeah!), any FF game, any Mario game and Nintendogs(thanks to Kat for introducing it to me!). Wiis are really neat. (lawls weird Wii remote action Kat!) Oh geese, how could I forget 4chan? I blame marhiihaa for that...AND the fact that I've seen meatspin. Thats TOTALLY HER FAULT. But I love her anyway. She has been my best friend (along with her sis Amelia of course) since 1st grade. They both take + edit pictures for me, and are just generally too nice for their own good. I love them to death and the thought of parting with them next year scares me. Lunymoony is officially the funniest person on LJ. EVERRR. Every single post she makes cracks me up. I'm a hardxcore believer in Tobito (yes I'll defend it to the death!) IDONTCAREIFITSUCHIHAMADARA,THEREMUSTBE2FREAKINTOBIS. Yea. That's right...Speaking of the Akatsuki, I haven't mentioned them yet in this section, so I shall take this opportunity to do so. While I don't *technically* have a favorite, I'm a crazy Tobi fangirl D: (Hence why I've decided to cosplay him despite the fact that I know I'll probably end up tripping, falling & breaking my neck) That kinda sorta happened when I was Tobi ghost this past halloween. No one knew who I was. As the Radiohead song says, no surprises [there]. I felt so unappreciated, now I know what it must feel like to be Zetsu. Oh & I love Jashin. Don't know much about the Jashinistic religion, or Jashinism/Jashianity but seems pretty damn good to me. Plus you get to use obscenities and just be sac religious in general. What more could you ask for in a religion? Hmmm what else? Oh yea! OTPs ;D Ahhh I remember the first time I asked Kat what OTP stands for...My ships have taken over my life. Yo!Bling, GSR, Smacked! Hiphuggers etc. Gotta love them. Oh and if you dont ship ManSaix...GTFO. Akuroku is just a joke, it doesn't *really* exist. But it does make for great /y/ smut!

Undershit McKeen.That BASTARD killed Warrick. (Supposedly that is) Get him Nick! I also hate whoever killed Speed in "Lost Son," the 3x01 episode of CSI:Miami. RIP SPEEDLE<3 I hate Shikabitch. He's whiny, rude and just generally annoying. And he killed Hidan...need I say more? (Thank you momoiro_usagi for the use of this ingenious term!) I used to love him. I really did...and then...he..well you know. Hidan. I used to even think he was hot. Okay, well he still is. But he's also still an ass. Kakashi bastard. (YEAH! Thats right, he goes under dislikes! You know why? I'll tell why. Remember that whole little *killkillkill KakuHidan* arc? Yeah, well he made a snide comment to Kakuzu...THAT's why he's now been officially named Kakashi bastard by momoiro_usagi(ZOMJthankyouagain!), and I think it's a wonderful! Now if only we could get the entire naruto fanfollowing to do so...) The whole leader-is-yondaime theory pisses me off too. HE ISN'T YONDAIME. Different hair, different eyes :B Okay, onto unaruto related stuff- Essays. Procrastination.(Which I am guilty of when long essays are due.) Stupid teachers. Idiots. Backstabbers. Bugs. (Especially hairy centipedes! And those huge crickets that appear at Amelia and Marias...seriously its like they just appear magically or something ._.) Nagging. Incessant blabbering. Use of the word kawaii in english sentences. Ditto to desu. Negative people. MY MOM. (No seriously. We do NOT get along :\ It kinda sucks too) Conceited people. Hypocrites. Narcissistic people. SNAKES ON A PLANE. (Coryfart dearest, why must you continue to insist that it is a good movie?!) 4chan. (I'm actually addicted to it. 4chan is serious buisness afterall) Speaking of 4chan: Trolls. Actually, there really isn't that much that I hate aside from cosplayers whose egos are enormous. (We all know at LEAST one). They piss the living shit outta me.

Goals

To finish the IB program GRRR. Now to do the REAL IA. I hate HoA so much. Worst class everrr. I gotta finish it in the fall. And add on to the business IA. And do my extended essay. I obviously want to get good grades...well duh. But sometimes math prevents that from happening. I suck at math. Good at french and science but not anything mathematical. Oh and these damn CAS hours for that IB diploma. I really have to finish those soon. Also gotta get a move on my extended essay garbage. I hate that thing with a burning passion. As far as my cosplaying goes: I have already completed Sakura, Timejump Sakura, Hinata, Timejump Hinata, PenPen, Moogle, Schoolgirl Kairi&Bag, Alvis Hammilton-blue outfit & poof dress, Kingdom Hearts II Pink-Ingame Kairi, KH1 Kairi, Baby Kairi. Planning: Demyx+Sitar, Fairy Yuna, Reno, Havana, Sailor Neptune. But out of those planned, the only ones that I can actually promise myself that I'll make are Tobi. DEFINATELYMAKING: Tobi, Flora, Origins nurse. Maybe Laurent from Re:Play for my j00. Possibly Demyx but maybe not. Thus far, I've started working on Kisame's arm warmers & Hidan's rosery beads. We actually have an Akatsuki group assembled ') J00alien will be leader, Natalia will be the unamed one, Amelia will be Deidara, Kat will be Sasori, Maria will be Zetsu (yes I convinced her to do this, am I good or what?! it wasnt easy), Sean will be Kisame, Marcus will be Itachi, Cory will be Hidan, Christian will be Kakuzu, Rebaka *might* be the Sandaime Kazekage to go with Sasori and of course I will be Tobi ^^; As far as OrgXIII goes, I still don't know about that group yet, but I do know we're gonna do a musical skit for it (I've already began composing that Marluxia music from CoM) Pft, and I say I have a life outside of cosplay? I think not...But, as far as stuff that IS happening goes, KH1 Kairi needs the shoes to be totally done and I need to actually MAKE Heather. Aside from that, I have a ton of SH3 props in the works...one day I will post a huge picture dump.
